Waiuku’s Queen Street Superette was the target of an armed robbery this morning, Friday 23 February 2018.
Detective Senior Sergeant Karen Bright said four offenders armed with a hammer and a knife entered a superette in Queen Street, Waiuku at approximately 6.20am this morning.
“The offenders left the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes,” she said.
Police believe they fled in a silver Subaru and would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this incident.
