Tuakau Lions serve up a treat
The Tuakau Lions were kept busy last Sunday night by helping to feed 250 mouths at Wesley College, who were there for the annual Camp Quality camp. Dinner consisted of hamburgers, a crowd favourite, and finished up with chocolate log for dessert. “We enjoy helping out. It is one of the projects we do that give the most feel good feeling when you are finished,” said Tuakau Lions Member, Warwick. Camp Quality is a volunteer, non-profit charitable trust dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children living with cancer, with the Auckland and Northland area’s hosting a camp at Wesley College for the last several years.
