Pukekohe Café wins best rural accolade for Auckland region

Pukekohe’s The Sugar Shed has been named the Best Rural Auckland region winner in the 2018 Meadow Fresh New Zealand Café of the Year awards announced today, 20 December 2017.

The judging team’s comments included, “We certainly enjoyed our visit to The Sugar Shed! The coffee is well made and the menu offers a great range of choices, from light desserts to the more substantial, and is clearly marked for various dietary requirements too.”

For the sixth year running, the Meadow Fresh New Zealand Café of the Year Awards highlight the diverse, the delicious and the most delightful of our great NZ café culture, shining a light on outstanding cafés across the nation.
