Murphy, Vet Cups decided at Waiuku

 

 

Along with Saturday’s usual haggle, the Waiuku Golf Club had the final round for the Vets Cup (55yrs and over) and the Murphy Cup (under 55yrs). The winner of the Vets Cup was Jimmy Cotter, (bottom picture). Other winners were, left to right, Paul Losemore, Div One winner in the haggle with 43 points, Alan Collins, Division Two winner with 49 points, (his best round on a 20 handicap, and winning the Div 2 Best Gross with 78), and, right, winner of Murphy Cup, Paul King.
