Paraglider in serious condition after crash at Karioitahi beach

Police are in attendance at Karioitahi Beach where a paraglider has believed to have crashed. Sergeant Ben Ostler of Counties Manukau Police says a male is in a serious condition. Westpac Rescue Helicopter will transport him to hospital. There is limited mobile coverage in the area so no further details are available at this stage.
